Noche de Estrellas

La Plaza Delaware is a non-profit organization serving Latino-owned businesses in rural southern Delaware. We help businesses to start and grow through training, coaching, and the organization of a professional business network to build business growth, financial stability, and connections. Throughout the year, La Plaza Delaware provides workshops, classes, and programs that help Latino entrepreneurs strengthen their businesses. We frequently sponsor special business events including business expos and summits, but once a year we want to come together, not only to learn, grow and network, but also to honor their achievements and recognize their immense economic and social impact in Delaware.

In contrast to the challenging environment for immigrants in our country, we are celebrating their entrepreneurial spirit, business success, and the growth of a robust Latino business community. On January 23, 2027, you are invited to join us for an unforgettable New Year's gala celebrating Latino business and culture in Delaware! The evening includes dinner, live music, a folkloric dancing performance, and an awards presentation for best-in-class businesses.

La Plaza Delaware invites Latino entrepreneurs, community leaders, allies, and partner organizations to this unforgettable evening celebrating the success, leadership, and cultural pride that define our Latino community.

Expect an inspiring night of culture, connection, and pride, a moment where our businesses truly shine as the stars of Delaware's economy.

Because this community doesn't always have the spotlight… We're creating one just for them.
